Description

MPI Corporation, together with its subsidiaries, manufactures, processes, maintains, imports/exports, and trades in semi-conductor production process and testing equipment in Taiwan, China, Singapore, Korea, the United States, and internationally. It offers probe cards comprising cantilever, FCB, EVS, kestrel, and osprey probe cards. The company also provides point test, photoelectric measurement system, sorting, and AOI equipment for optoelectronics, semiconductor, and laser industries; automated visual inspection systems and LED inspection systems for optical sensing and communications, and micro display applications; manual and automated probe systems, and RF probes for used in device characterization, power, RF and mmW, design validation, failure analysis, wafer level reliability, silicon photonics, MEMS test, and signal integrity applications; and thermal temperature testing and thermal cycling test systems. In addition, it offers probe card maintenance services; semi-conductor equipment; and imports, exports, and trades in electronic parts, silicon integrated circuits, and automated control machines. It serves semiconductor, telecommunications, aerospace, automotive, electronic components, fiber optic, and other industries. MPI Corporation was incorporated in 1995 and is headquartered in Zhubei, Taiwan.
