The Growth potential for Afc Energy in the near future is phenomenal. The new hydrogen clean energy market is generally estimated to be worth 2.5 Trillion dollars. As Afc produce the cleanest form of hydrogen power with only emissions being water, they are now one of the front runners to capitalise in this massive market growth. Deals with Abb to supply power charging points world wide was a very important deal for Afc. Also their Deal with Mace to replace all diesel generators with clean hydrogen power was another brilliant tactical move. This has also created a great deal of interest from other firms that are now in discussions with Afc to replace their diesel generators. Afc also can put this technology into cruise ships, cargo ships, trains. The potential is endless and already has the British government Sitting and taking notice. The green energy government's conference in November will be a potential spring board for further orders and commitments by government's who need to meet their green energy commitments. In less than two weeks time the X-treme E raises begin, all fuelled by Afc energy. This is a massive showcase to the world for Afc and will bring in worldwide orders. AFC also recently appointed the cheif engineer from dyson, a fantastic coup for Afc and the future. 2021/22 is the prime time for this companies growth and the limits are potential sky high. Ignore them at your peril.

AFC Energy enters construction market with new partnership deal

    2021-03-16 07:55:00

The hydrogen power specialist said the partnership with Mace Group is aiming to support a transition from diesel generators on construction sites to zero-emission hydrogen power

AFC Energy PLC (LON:AFC) said it signed a partnership with international consultancy and construction business Mace Group to support the transition to zero-emission hydrogen generators for construction sites.

The hydrogen power specialist said the partnership is its first collaboration in the UK construction sector and will also support Mace’s sustainability commitments from its 2026 strategy, which includes the removal of diesel generators from construction sites.

READ: AFC Energy upbeat as hydrogen investment soars to unprecedented levels

AFC said multiple flagship sites under Mace’s control will be identified across the UK and international markets for the initial leasing of its off-grid, zero-emission H-Power system from early 2022. The partnership will also focus constructor support in driving incumbent plant hire businesses to invest in sustainable hydrogen power generator technologies for on-hire to construction sites.

“The outcome of this partnership will not only drive new investment in hydrogen technologies for construction sites and other temporary power applications, but also establish a defined business model for widespread deployment that takes into account current industry considerations including logistics, fuelling strategies and system operability”, AFC said in a statement.

The company also said in identifying high profile sites for system deployment, leasing arrangements between Mace and AFC will initially be used, however in due course more traditional models of selling hydrogen-based generation units to plant hire companies will create a critical mass of large scale deployment across the UK and Europe to see a material transition away from diesel generators for a long term sustainable investment in sustainable construction.

"A sustainable construction industry and the need for improved urban air quality is driving growing contractor interest in transitioning away from diesel generators in meeting today's temporary power needs.

AFC Energy's zero-emission, hydrogen-fuelled power generator addresses this growing demand for cleaner power”, AFC chief executive Adam Bond said in a statement.

“Mace is leading the construction sector's transition away from diesel to sustainable power generation and our partnership, the first of its kind in the UK, will highlight to Government and industry just how zero-emission technology can be adopted to significantly accelerate decarbonisation and meet Net Zero aspirations", he added.

Well Afc finished the day still on the way up, beating the last minute profit takers. So this should be good news for a continued rise on Monday. Hopefully continuing all next week. This is because the Extreme E race is next weekend. This will have an audience of over 200 million, with Lewis Hamilton, Nico Rosberg and Jenson Button among others providing teams taking part. A fantastic opportunity for AFC to showcase their cutting edge technology to the world. Hopefully this will bring in a flood of orders.
