Non-GMO and pesticide free, a yield that's approx. 30 times using traditional methods and very much scalable new $ 100 Mln investment and very low carbon footprint and centrally located. This is the future as demand for food is growing, land is getting more expensive and fertile land scarce. It's the right time to build this. This is a good mid-long term investment.

If the stock breaks into the 3’s, Mr Webb should have the backbone to do the right thing and walk away, we need management with a proven expertise and established knowledge of this unique business, otherwise, more of the same.

This is a case where the SPAC conversion was a DISASTER!... Company was left with very little working capital. What was the point of the SPAC?

As a shareholder updates on construction, plantings, harvests, etc would be helpful. I love APPH concepts. When I invested I knew the first several years would be tough. I worked for Bethlehem Steel in Eastern Kentucky for 6 years. Jobs and food it does not get any better.

This is so awful. I was so enthusiastic about this. Aside from the SPAC structure what do you guys think happened from a company / management standpoint?

Just watched this on TV. Not sure about profit but idea is great. With bill gates buying up all the farm land might go through the roof.

Appharvest is an ESG play. More and more the financial institutions are looking to divest from fossil or at the very least increase their position in renewables, companies with a social conscious or those that reduce waste. Appharvest is all those things and more.

Tax loss selling on final day of the year. They are selling for the cash they have give or take. This is the future of food production and hope they are one left standing.

This has been a disaster of an investment. Typical of young companies with founders as executives APPH has
clearly demonstrated the need of the Board to move founders into non executive roles and bring in experienced senior executives who can execute and discipline the staff appropriately. The market has
really soured on the company. The idea is valid the execution is unacceptable.

An owner who cares about his stock holders and the longevity of his employees would realize he’s in over his head and find the right people to run the company, I’m afraid we’re past the point of no return, our only hope is a competitor buys the company and cleans house.

The Board is NOT LISTENING to the market's input that change is needed at the top of the executive suite.
