The top 5 positions of this company need to be paid in stock, to be held for 2 years before converting to cash, and only collectible if the stock has appreciated a minimum of 15% per year. Let’s see how much faith they have in their company!

Third quarter is over. They are only selling tomatoes from the one facility in Morehead so far. Has anyone heard how many pounds and or dollars the grew and sold in the third quarter? They only have one product and one customer, so it should be common knowledge around the town, without waiting another month for an intentionally cryptic quarterly report.

The mass importing of produce and a complex supply chain has led to less fresh, lower quality fruits and veggies on grocery shelves. We grow within one day’s drive of about 70% of U.S. consumers to provide local, reliable product.

1.80 may have been a new bottom. Just bought in. Lots of buy volume in past 2 days. Hopefully more subsidies from Biden :D

Admittedly there are many factored into the value of this stock I either not aware or restricted from seeing, however, I’m concerned that with all the supply chain issues over the last 12-18 months and ongoing biblical droughts in the west, APPH has still not been able to turn a profit, even on one completed greenhouse. I’d like to see the numbers associated with this one property prior to making a decision to invest further. You can’t make up loss in volume.

This company has an annual revenue of $13m, yet a market cap of over $200m?

Even if $APPH does have great potential, they are currently overvalued by so many metrics. I hold a small amount of shares and consider it a punt.

I am beginning my dd on Apph to decide whether to make an investment. In an 2019 SEC filing, APPH projected 40mm lbs. of tomatoes each year from the Morehead facility. In the most recent quartely filing production was 6mm lbs. What is the reason for the descrepancy? Do you believe the company is responsive to your requests for information? Any thoughts on partnership with Mastronardi? Thanks

It’s hard to see the future. Developing this technology in the US with its vast size is difficult to imagine.
    Huge yields.
    Year round production.
    Proximity to major markets.
    Low water usage.
    No harmful pesticides.
It will eventually work. Two years of positive earnings after four greenhouses are producing and it is golden. Be patient. I am. May grab a few more shares.

Imagine. APPH opens a greenhouse in Anchorage with tomatoes, greens and strawberries. They plant so they literally harvest crops 365 days/year. They sell directly to the stores, restaurants and Cruise ships. Executives, you have proven the technology. Now you have to harness that technology. Use it to make money.
Bring in innovative people to use the technology to earn profits. I’m old but have always enjoyed trying to do things a “better” way.
Made me wealthy in the energy business. Yell if I can help.

Build a greenhouse on a brown fill in Jersey, monopolize the tomato market in NYC. Same in Philadelphia. Your technology needs spread around the country. Your expertise. Use it.

From what i am reading management hasn't earned my investment trust. Waiting to see what happens with potentially dilution issues, further expansion costs, profits, executive salaries.

I'm just a piece of algae in this market but this stock is my moonshot that I hope will leave me sitting very comfortable the idea works look at countries in Europe like Netherlands and all the food they export from indoor farming facilities compared to their size.

The after hours and premarket trades trying to raise the price of the stock is quite humorous.

Companies like APPH get crushed during times like now. Nothing to hold them us except a story. If they succeed, buy now will be a celebration later; or, a total loss - hard to tell!
