Is there any new information on the construction of the Lump?

AS I understand from their investment plans -- money for a second plant is being planned too... or allocated..

Hope they have someone inspect they quality of the bolts so it doesn't colapse when they start pounding rocks. Anything from China is suspect quality when the price is cheaper.

For all the long-term investors, Ares is about to announce another loan agreement, this time from the USDA for $5m US. With that $10m loan from the Utah bond program they will be able to buy the Acidspar processing facility. If they can get that purchased by July, then there is a possibility to have it operational by the end of the year.

Starting in Jan 2023, I believe Ares can get production of 10k tons of a month in total from both the lumps plant and Acidspar processing facility, then with a 2023 EV/EBITDA of 7.5x ~ roughly $39m that works out to a $2.15 PT sometime in the summer/fall of 2023 as the market will look forward 6 months in advance at a minimum. They will start with the Little Giant Pit and the Purple Pit and eventually work on the Bell Hill Mine where they will extract another 5k tons a month for a total of 15k a month.

That is just based on financial analysis. The market can award a company a significant higher valuation if it is in the right place at the right time. I believe once the curtain is pulled back, the investing community will come to learn that Fluorspar is one of the most important unknown commodities on the planet. Most people don’t know that EV batteries need almost one kg of hexafluorophosphate in every battery and Roskill estimates that half of all new medicines contain fluorspar derivatives and there is a myriad of other uses.

Whether you’re buying on the US or Canadian market or you’re already long, this is a sound investment with an excellent risk/reward ratio, particularly because Ares will be generating free cash flow which is unheard of for a junior mining company. Dumping rocks into a dump truck, taking it to the lumps plant or Acidspar plant, processing it and putting it in bags and shipping it off to multinational conglomerates, like Thyssenkrupp. Wash, rinse, and repeat! Ka ching!

Walking Tall...Where did you get the information about the $5 million scrillas from the USDA? I am aware of their rural business development program. However that is equivalent to an SBA or VA loan guarantee and not a bond issue.

G aka negative Nancy...Keep knocking down the stock. Please sell your shares and watch from the sideline as our stock reaches $1.50 to $2.00 in the next 18 months. Then 3 years out $5.00 to $6.50? How many shares do you have, so we can see how big of an L you have on your forehead.

    Something is cooking :
Secondary batteries. The main commercial use of hexafluorophosphate is as its lithium salt, lithium hexafluorophosphate. This salt, in combination with dimethyl carbonate, is a common electrolyte in commercial secondary batteries such as

Drove by Delta corridor, lot of mining trucks and activity going on. Train was running with open top cars probably with coal. Flourspur, along with lithium and perhaps uranium are in the minds of Utah's interests.

I have said all along - NO lump plant. They are still aquiring financing and doing more maping. Read my lips NO production for a long time- if ever.

I find it interesting that you pumpers don't want me to be realistic and tell the truth. You keep pumping this stock to small investors thinking they can get rich quick. We all know it could be 5 to 7 years before they realize any profits.

I've been buying this thing and been having confidence in the mgmt team. But it's starting to wear thin - get the plant going.

With the global recognition of new energy vehicles is getting higher and higher, the development of new energy vehicles has reached a consensus, the trend is becoming more and more obvious, and the demand is increasing.

Under the stimulation of downstream demand, the supply of indispensable raw materials for power batteries such as lithium hexafluorophosphate is also tight.

"from the long list of lithium hexafluorophosphate recently announced by various companies, a large number of lithium hexafluorophosphate on the market has been locked, accounting for more than 70% of the total lithium hexafluorophosphate in China." Zhong Yi, deputy general manager of Fujian Longde New Energy Co., Ltd., said in an exchange with Battery Network on July 27, "even so, these quantities may not be enough for customers with long orders, but there is still a gap." At the same time, there are many electrolyte companies that have not signed long orders, and the margin can not meet their needs, and the gap is still very large from the demand will shown in the current market. "

Battery Network noted that recently, a number of lithium hexafluorophosphate producers have begun to expand production, but Zhong Yi believes that the volume of production expansion is far from enough to increase in the future market, and most of the new capacity will not be released until the second half of next year.

"the rate of production expansion cannot keep pace with the growth of market demand, and the volume of production expansion is not enough to meet the demand of market growth." Zhong Yi calculates that the supply of lithium hexafluorophosphate next year is still relatively tight.

Zhong Yi also said that at present, lithium hexafluorophosphate is not very tight, but because the supply of VC can not meet the market demand, indirectly compressing the demand for various materials, if VC can be supplied normally, the demand for lithium hexafluorophosphate will further increase. According to multi-party sources, the expansion and increment of VC has been carried out, at the same time, relevant enterprises have been developing formulations with less VC or VC-free.

In addition, in terms of price, Zhong Yi predicted that the future price trend of lithium hexafluorophosphate will form a tacit understanding with the market demand, and will form a reasonable and healthy market pricing to meet and adapt to the market.

Guess within a very few months or maybe even weeks we should start hearing something about extraction ... and this stock will move so rapidly to .50 or .70 that will not have the time to react. then the sky will be the limit .

I particularly like very much James Walker--- He has exactly my same background - But, I did not move into Nuclear but (Military special Materials Instead )... and then became and International Banker and travel over more than 100 countries.. for mine 10 first years was in the mining industry while producing Physical parts ( Physics Metallurgic) .from Helicopters parts to tanks parts... So, James Walker will deliverer he is extremely driven person. And his job is quite challenging and regarding in every aspect

I was just passing thru, Delta corridor is hopping, mine trains and lots of mining trucks moving. It's not flourspur yet, small rail track to line might need to funded to begin. Utah wants this one.
