The Investment Advisory segment offers investment consultancy, new build advisory services, sales and purchase brokerage, asset valuation, corporate finance, and mergers and acquisition advisory services. The Risk Advisory segment provides services, such as derivatives brokerage, carbon offsetting brokerage, asset utilization, loan restructuring, and loan portfolio management. The company was formerly known as Braemar Shipping Services Plc and changed its name to Braemar Plc in September 2022.
