The company operates in two divisions, Ports & Maritime and Airports & Industry. It offers electrification solutions, including motorized and spring driven cable reels, human operator interface systems, radio remote controls, power connectors, slip rings, cable protection, and power connection systems; truck, crane electrification, e-vessel charging, propulsion, and automated mooring systems; and automation and electrification systems for ports, terminals, and marine applications. The company also develops, manufactures, and services integrated gate and remote apron solutions for airports; and develops and manufactures products for industry, such as cranes, energy, processing and transportation, surface and underground mining, and tunneling. In addition, it offers installation, commissioning, training, inspection, and repairs, preventive maintenance, long-term service agreement, and renovation and upgradation services. The company was incorporated in 1974 and is headquartered in Lugano, Switzerland.
