LOS ANGELES, April 26, 2024--CBB Bancorp, Inc. ("CBB" or the "Company') (OTCQX: CBBI), the holding company of Commonwealth Business Bank, doing business as "CBB Bank" (the "Bank"), announced today net income of $5.7 million for the first quarter 2024, or $0.54 per diluted share, a decrease of 19.0% compared to $7.0 million, or $0.66 per diluted share, in the prior quarter and a decrease of 20.0% compared to $7.1 million, or $0.67 per diluted share, in the same period last year.

("CBB" or the "Company') (OTCQX: CBBI), the holding company of Commonwealth Business Bank, doing business as "CBB Bank" (the "Bank"), announced today net income of $7.0 million for the fourth quarter 2023 or $0.66 per diluted share, an increase of 5.0% compared to $6.7 million, or $0.63 per diluted share, in the prior quarter and a decrease of 4.5% compared to $7.3 million, or $0.70 per diluted share, in the same period last year.
