TORONTO, June 13, 2024--Choice Properties Real Estate Investment Trust ("Choice Properties") (TSX: CHP.UN) announced today that the trustees of Choice Properties have declared a cash distribution for the month of June, 2024 of $0.063333 per trust unit, representing $0.76 per trust unit on an annualized basis, payable on July 15, 2024 to Unitholders of record at the close of business on June 28, 2024.

Choice Properties Real Estate Investment Trust Completes $500 Million Issuance of Series U Senior Unsecured Debentures
TORONTO, May 23, 2024--Choice Properties Real Estate Investment Trust ("Choice Properties" or the "Trust") (TSX: CHP.UN) announced today that it has completed its previously announced issuance, on a private placement basis in certain Provinces of Canada (the "Offering"), of $500 million aggregate principal amount of series U senior unsecured debentures of the Trust bearing interest at a rate of 5.030% per annum and maturing on February 28, 2031 (the "Debentures").
