    Time Warner completes switchover to Charter; here's what that means for Cincinnati

    Charter Prices $1.0 Billion Senior Unsecured Notes

    STAMFORD, Conn., Jan. 17, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Charter Communications, Inc. (CHTR) (along with its subsidiaries, "Charter") today announced that its subsidiaries, CCO Holdings, LLC and CCO Holdings Capital Corp. (collectively, the "Issuers"), have priced $1.0 billion in aggregate principal amount of senior unsecured notes due 2027 (the "Notes"). The Notes will bear interest at a rate of 5.125% per annum and will be issued at a price of 100.0% of the aggregate principal amount of $1.0 billion. Charter expects to close the offering of the Notes on February 6, subject to customary closing conditions.
