I’m a GP and the fear in the general public is rising. I would not touch cinema, restaurant etc shares. Anything requiring social mixing should be avoided like the plague. If you’re in here with a loss I would bail. I think more pain is ahead unfortunately. I’m not shorting (not good enough to make any consistent money doing that) by the way.

Decided to sell my position today at 62p taking a healthy enough profit to put into a riskier play. Only had a relatively small position. Still watching this stock closely but would like to see the reaction to earnings before I think about coming back in. Definitely one I’ll be keeping a close eye on. Good luck all πŸ™‚

Let’s face it guys big screen entertainment is here to stay no matter what. There might be Netflix at the comfort of your own home but nothing will ever beat big screen, loud speakers and the atmosphere cinema brings when it is a blockbuster film like avengers for example. Plus cinema will always be popular for younger people who like to spend their Friday night watching a film with there friends or with there significant other on a date. The cinema industry just needs to survive the pandemic and we are chilling

Covid cases are slowly rising globally. I would say to everyone keep a look out as during winter time it will not be good, but still good luck to you all!

See this closing above .60 tomorrow. People want to watch on the big screen not in a phone or TV at home...

Recent feedback or cinemas has been that customers feel safe in the cinema more than supermarkets (check the positive sentiment on Twitter)

Peel hunt - Β£1.80 target is easily attainable

Someone bought 24 million shares a few weeks ago which drove the price up to the 60s and eventually stopped into the mid 50s. Everyday since then its more or less been on the decline. As of now, no institutional owner owns more than 18 million shares. Feel like its being shorted all over again and the price will continue to drop for a while. Let's see what cinemas reopening in the US does but not feeling very optimistic about this stock any more. Opinions?

Do you like going out to the cinema? Popcorn, big screen, girlfriend or boyfriend with you, IMAX, Superscreen, awesome sound quality and quite simply an indoor getaway as the colder winter months approaches? if so, then I'd buy cineworld. it's always going to attract young viewers and you just never know how it will handle the debt? big buyer come in, big mergers...bottom line everyone loves the movies and it is going to be popular.

I’m still in a loss with a high average should I cut my loss or do you think it’ll reach above .60 by today? 😞

Β£1 by Christmas I have belief. The kingsman is released on the 16th of september, wonderwoman 1984 in October, Black widow in november, new james bond november! All AAA list movies that will give the shareholders confidence just like Tennet has pushed sales.
