Did DBX issue more shares than they bought in Q1? Doesn't that defeat the purpose of their buybacks? Need some help on this one.

another solid quarterly performance as usual. they are on schedule to reach 1b fcf as they planned. buybacks have reduced share count tremendously. i expect they will make another acquisition this year to bolster the product lineup to add more growth. So imho, SP at this level seems like very low risk. i still think a buyout is in the cards and that would fuel a tremendous upside run.

Congrats to all, we get to move sideways without me any gains until the next quarter and hope this one will also be good for us to not crash! The only way for us to make money is a buyout imo. Wallstreet seems to hate this stock and haven't even gave it some respect at all in the past two years!

my brothers and sisters this says it all....most importantly, Dropbox has started producing healthy free cash flow (FCF), generating $707 million in 2021 vs. only $362 million in 2018.By 2024, Dropbox has a goal of generating $1 billion in FCF per year. It is going to do that by making its file-sharing and digital content hub more valuable to users and growing paying users at its fast-growing subsidiaries HelloSign and DocSend, which are both getting bundled with Dropbox subscription tiers. At a market cap of $8.8 billion, Dropbox stock trades at a trailing price-to-free-cash-flow (P/FCF) of 12.4 and a P/FCF of 8.8 based on its 2024 guidance.

With the stability and durable growth of this business, healthy cash generation, and below-average P/FCF, Dropbox looks like a perfect value stock to own through a recession.

Here we go again, DBX has gone nowhere for two years, what could make this stock move? It's becoming quite ridiculous this valuation, and if we miss earnings tomorrow by a fraction of a penny we're gonna be hammered down with that market!

Salary is coming and I will be buying everythinf here. They bought back 11M shares last Q!!! And new 1.2B for BB is ready. Like market is stupid! Now i this is more then blood on the street, this is pure stupid. I didnt sold almost any stock and I can see many stocks at bottom. Next few days will show that inflation is slowing, war in Ukraine is ending etc. I recommend if you didnt buy until now, start doing it. We have worst readings then in 2008 and 2020. We are way way way oversold. Check the companys earnings and you will notice that they are not bad.
