10% lower than the covid low in a world where Ontario real estate appreciated 50%. This makes no sense.

It's nice to see this move up 19 cents in a day. Those haven't happened much lately. I have no intentions of buying more (I have my fill) or selling at these prices so the gains and losses are only on paper at this point but it feels good to see it rise a bit regardless.

Okay - I couldn't resist. I just bought more at $3.97. I can't believe my buy filled at that price. That brings my average cost down a little bit. Hopefully I will either a) lock in a 10% dividend stream or b) be able to sell it later and make a tidy profit. "A" is the plan until "B" presents itself.

Never imagined MPCT dropping this much when I bought it. Pretty insane.

I can't believe this closed today at $3.99. Incredible. I didn't think it would break the $4.00 level. Hard to resist buying with a 10% yield. I wasn't planning on ever buying more but this is very tempting.

Also - this shift to "Impact" investing. I'm all for helping mankind but do you think it is at the expensive of shareholders or can there be a balance? When I read them proudly saying that the units will be at 50% of market rent it makes me worry that they aren't concerned with making money and for Dream it just gives them something to point to when people call them "greedy developers". Maybe the Impact aligns them with government and gets them other advantages that other developers don't get? Any thoughts?

MPCT continues the distribution rate of 40 cents annualized. Management has restarted DRIP, which will provide a boost to FCF. My belief is DAM will take their distributions in units. This will help solidify FCF. As a unitholder over 10%, DAM will need to report these purchases as an early warning report. Something to watch for next month.

It looks like my prior optimism was premature. We are back to lows. Does anyone see any danger of a dividend cut? I know management says they don't plan to cut, but they will say that right up until it is cut. The dividend is really the only thing that keeps my in this stock as it hasn't appreciated at all (market value has only ever moved down over time). I would be more comfortable if they had more income properties now then over the next 3 years.

the share buy back is not doing much, 5,000 shares a day at 240 working days is 1.2M shares a year, which offsets the shares they are issuing for the management fee to their parent

CNBC comment (Kyle Bass, Hayman Capital Management founder ) says that need to buy hard assets. This stock literally used to be named Dream hard assets.

Any news that I am not aware of. Why is this over reacting, much more than other REITs? Is it because of low volumes or some hidden news?
