Insider buying seems to be the factor driving the sell-off but the stock and company performance are both demonstrating strong behavior. Analyst and company performance are both very positive. Company performance appears to be beating forecast and delivering favourable year over year financial outcomes. I am a buy despite insider moves that do not always signal a negative event or things to come. It's simply people taking profits/recognizing cash value for personal reasons.
is it just my opinion or this stock is super undervalued atm ?
The CEO change triggered the recent sell off. DT is solid.
The incoming CEO sold his business to Akamai. You see where this is going.....
i dont understand the logic how this stock dropped so much when its 97% institutional ownership, can anyone please explain
CEO retiring EOY. Good for him. Amazing job. Hope the new guy keeps it going.
Fidelity established a position last quarter with 15 million share buy
@john: 97% institutional ownership. How can non-corporate America influence share price??

Buy the dips. This stock is a bargain right now.
I am all in on DT, this stock has a real and dynamic product that is growing. Analyst are calling for a much higher price point and I think based on the consistent performance and potential for future growth makes this AI solution an incredible buy. If you want to look like a stock genius tell your family and friends about DT. Nothing is a guarantee but this is awfully close based on a company that is rock solid and making all the right moves. This is more than just an AI company which make this stock/company so valued. Good luck to all
why is this tanking, report seemed solid
New CEO looks like a good fit. Buy the dip
I can agree with Cutator's valuation but I also think it can double those numbers. Based on other companies with much less substance that have sky rocketed well beyound any reasonable valuation I believe this company/stock has the ability to be a much bigger winner knowing the substance behind the investment. Good luck to all long investors and to DT. Make us rich!
Several people panicked when this stock dropped and I stated buy the dip. I have been long with this stock since $37-ish and will continue to be long. I intend to average up especially if it dips to 72 - 74 next week. I will buy at $75 because I believe that is cheap. This stock is just getting started. I believe the product speaks for itself with little to no hype, it's all meat on the bone and no mystery meat that does not speak to unreasonable valuations. To determine the value of the investment read about the company, do the due diligence and you will get the uniqueness of the product, you will see the plan for growth and expansion through solid acquisitions. Last but not least, they have a product and leaders that demonstrate intellectual curiosity that reflects a forward looking strategic view to give the company/stock staying power well into the future. This simply put is going to be a major winner, don't miss out!
Analyst upgrades across the board as expected. The same Monday morning quarterbacks with $45 price targets a year ago now have $85 price targets. What will they be in 12 more months?
Insider buying the dips. If you look at the 1 min candle sticks, I see a lot of full top golfing candle sticks.
So.. I am thinking....... $85.00 - $90.00 by end of December. $100.00 by end of March 2023.
