    wonder what kind of deals dell and vmware will announce after the vmware dividend and the dell spinoff of vmware shares? vmware virtualized servers and apps for amazon cloud front partners? insight for software asset management for nodes and iot and networked nodes and networked iots......in the manner of neuromorphic architecture? like financial, health including vital signs/pharmacy activities/er/outpt/hosp/health clinics/visiting nurse/health dept/ambulance/etc; weather and energy;etc.
    dell and apex and vce vblocks.........hosted pc for the msft w 11 virtual desktop?;ai virtual servers and virtual services; payment ip including bookkeeping in a non ledger system of blockchain and a 'buy now pay later' capability....wags.....

    ace in the hole..........zerigo and the patent families of 8x8.......cloud ready. with the contact center and payment ips......potential support for crypto/token based transactions........soon softbank ipo ing wework.
    flexibility, security, safety of facilities, global comms.......and support for the home/remote work place just in case.......no longer a special device, but browser based secure comms/contact center .......maybe need w11 wags...android/chrome/edge support.........over the top.......no central box persay.....direct routing voids that need for all comms......and 8x8 routing avoids costly routing errors/redundancy.......peer to peer for a usa/eu/china compliant ip......

    what/how is the channels partners addressing commissions? given 8x8 's offering is one platform for unified comms/meetings/contact center with payment ip....some accomodation to be competitive should be possible..is 8x8 not in the same ball park?

    If they were genuinely trying to build shareholder value, they would increase compensation to the channel guys. They will sell whichever product pays the best, ie. commissions paid - why not? Rng or 8x8 is still an improvement over the old systems and their customers will be happy. So, cut mgmt salaries/options in half using the savings for commissions, then we'll see who is truly interested about shareholders, who HAVE been taking 50% haircuts or more for yrs here while they tell us to wait - lets tell mgmt to wait - if they believe in the co they will, if not let them go! Bryan's the only one who adds value, let him be ceo as well.

    softbank /wework ipo....up yesterday.. what do they do to facilitate work office/work remote and keeps comms costs down while growing/sustaining business.......how does the front desk connect to the correct/optimal employee for the task/job..........oh, 8x8 front desk, maybe? lol.

    rng announced the same Gartner award yesterday, but added their further along than any one else. Also mentioning some new partners such as Verizon business phones and Vodaphone among others.....what does 8x8 do all day? Clearly their platform is not appealing for partnering for real growth.

    The number of hedge funds owning EGHT has grown to 29, the highest number ever. The managers of these funds are a lot smarter than most of the posters on this board, me included. I guess you could say EGHT enhanced the number of hedge funds who are willing to jump into this stock.

    Fivn today announced new milestones around the use and adoption of its Intelligent Virtual Agents (IVAs) in the contact center.

    Since the company’s November 2020 acquisition of IVA provider Inference Solutions, the use of Five9 IVAs has increased 180%, based on the number of minutes per week the IVAs are handling calls for Five9 customers and reseller partners. Net new Five9 IVA accounts have grown nearly 5x, with one in five new Five9 customers now evaluating IVAs (up from one in 20 prior to the acquisition, when Five9 partnered with Inference to offer the solution).     Customers probably are familiar with Rng so accept channel's suggestion. Would bet rng pays more than 8 in commissions as well. How many customers for each co? Growth rate comparison....revenue....stock price says enough -

    MS upgrades Fivn today......heard a money mgr say, it's a mistake to invest in a co below the leader waiting for them to catch up, the leader is the one who performs best. I think it's clear we lag behind Zm, Rng, and Fivn....
