    Did you know?

-- the PFS used 2019 Lithium price in its calculation, at the low of the market ($12,000/tonne). Prices today range between $21-26,000 and the Lithium shortage is expected to grow into 2030.
-- 0.43% lithium oxide ore grade sounds very low (Frontier has 1.62% to 2.36%). However, the ore is a different type that allows them to separate the tin and tungsten out simply with magnets, right up front. This means the actual ORE TO BE PROCESSED IS 3%! Meanwhile, that simple step is value added, because they will sell the tin and tungsten.

"Rock Tech Lithium Inc., a cleantech company with offices in Canada and Germany, is planning to build Europe's first lithium converter - a production plant for battery-grade lithium hydroxide - in Guben, Brandenburg."

Guben is half-way between Grünheide, Germany and Cínovec, Czech Republic.

I really love this stock. It seemingly has everything going for it - solid financing, perfect political environment, great leadership, etc. Now lithium prices have tripled over their 2020 lows, and demand is forecast to outstrip production by wide margins.

The excerpt below is from this link: https://oilprice.com/Energy/Energy-General/Worlds-Largest-Lithium-Producer-Get-Ready-For-A-Mega-Rally.html

"Several months ago, Chile’s second-largest lithium producer, Albemarle Corp. (NYSE:ALB), warned that global supplies of lithium were on course for a major shortfall in a few years’ time if prices fail to reflect the costs of funding massive expansions amid the EV boom. Specifically, ALB highlighted the chasm between discount-hunting EV manufacturers and lithium producers who were unable to meet growing demand at persistently low prices. But maybe Eric Norris, operations manager for Albemarle’s lithium business, rushed his fences: Lithium carbonate prices have nearly tripled after sinking to multi-year lows of $29,800 per ton in July 2020. Lithium carbonate is a critical ingredient in the manufacture of Lithium-ion batteries for electric vehicles."

On Tuesday, the government and the energy company CEZ will probably sign a memorandum on support for the project of a battery factory for electric vehicles, the so-called Gigafactory, in the Czech Republic. The plan has yet to be approved by the government, said Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Transport Karel Havlícek. The investment should amount to at least 52 billion crowns in the first phase, and at least 2,300 new jobs are expected to be created in connection with it.

    HIGHLIGHTS

    • EMH expands presence in the U.S. with Deutsche Bank appointed as the depositary bank for EMH's American Depositary Shares (ADS)

    • EMH and Deutsche Bank establishing a sponsored Level 1 ADS program with each ADS representing 20 ordinary EMH shares

    • ADSs expected to commence trading on the OTC Market as a member of the Nasdaq International Designation during July 2021 under the ticker symbol "EMHYY"

    • Extensive marketing campaign to begin to new U.S. investors, further build relationships with U.S. banks, green energy funds and institutional investors and brokers

    • Prague Listing to be postponed at suggestion of Prague Stock Exchange

European Metals Holdings Limited (ASX & AIM: EMH, NASDAQ: ERPNF) ("EMH", "European Metals" or the "Company") is pleased to advise it has appointed one of the world's leading depositary banks, Deutsche Bank, as the depositary bank for the issue of its American Depositary Shares ("ADS").

European Metals will work with Deutsche Bank to create a sponsored Level 1 ADS program with each ADS issued under the program representing 20 ordinary shares of the Company. It is intended that EMH's ADS will commence trading on the OTC Market as a member of the Nasdaq International Designation under the ticker symbol "EMHYY" during July 2021 which is expected to attract institutional and fund investors who are restricted from trading in non US stocks.

The Nasdaq International Designation and Level 1 ADS program in the United States will enable new and existing U.S. investors to trade EMH's ADS electronically 'commission free' on most retail trading platforms such as Charles Schwab, E-Trade, TD Ameritrade in U.S. dollars and during normal U.S. trading hours. European Metals' Certificates of Depositary Interest (''CDIs''), representing ordinary shares and ordinary shares in the Company, will continue to trade on the ASX and AIM, a market of the London Stock Exchange, respectively, under the symbol "EMH" as will the shares with the tickers ERPNF and EMHLF currently trading in the USA.

With the establishment of the Level 1 ADS program, the Company will now begin an extensive marketing campaign to new investors throughout the United States and will continue to build relationships with U.S. banks, green energy funds and institutional investors and brokers that have experience and knowledge of the lithium and "clean-technology" sectors.

EMH Executive Chairman Keith Coughlan said: "Launching an ADS program in the United States signals a key milestone as we drive development forward at our Cinovec Project and boost visibility among U.S. investors. We will begin an extensive U.S. marketing campaign with the ADSs and Nasdaq International Designation to enable investors to trade the ADS electronically 'commission free' on most retail trading platforms such as Charles Schwab, E-Trade, TD Ameritrade in U.S. dollars, during U.S. trading hours."

"I have been very pleased with the initial feedback from our US marketing efforts and this listing is consistent with our strategy to expand our presence in the biggest capital markets globally. Our focus will be to attract US and Global green energy funds and institutional investors who recognise the significance of the Cinovec Project, its ESG principles and potentially low carbon footprint. We continue to be highly encouraged by the results of our Definitive Feasibility Study and look forward to updating the market on project development plan."

From an interview with the Czech Transport minister today

The Czechia as a superpower of electric car batteries? The government wants to prepare billions for a new lithium battery plant before it ends. It employs up to 5,000 people. There could be more production, said Minister Havlíček. They would use lithium from Cínovec.

    Article
The Minister of Industry and Transport Karel Havlíček (for YES) presented a plan to get the Czechia among the battery powers. The government wants to support the project of a large factory for batteries from Czech lithium in the Czech Republic. "I can confirm that a team of people from the Ministry of Industry is working on it. We try to create such conditions that at least one project on 'gigafactory' will be supported. There are more people interested, maybe we will support two as well, "Havlíček told SZ Byznys.

One of the interested parties is the German automobile concern Volkswagen, of which the Czech Škoda Auto is a part. Volkswagen plans to have six battery factories in Europe by 2030. Deputy Prime Minister Karel Havlíček did not want to name other candidates.

"I do not want to name them now, we are bound by secrecy. At the end of June, we will release information about the next project. In any case, we want it to be this government ( who decides, ed. Note ). Until the new government is anchored, we could miss it, "said the Minister of Industry.

Lithium from the Cínovce area in the Ore Mountains is to be used for the production of batteries. It is in the west of the country that the factory that Karel Havlíček speaks of as a "gigafactory" could stand.

But it is not the only option: “There are more locations where it could be located. We are dealing with the two most probable, one in western and one in northern Bohemia, "the minister specified.

The government wants to support projects with billions: “Incentives will correspond to the amount of investment. It is expected to be between 50 and 60 billion crowns per gigafactory. There will be 2,000 to 2,500 employees and another 2,000 to 2,500 who will have a direct link within the supply chains. Everything within the region, "plans Havlíček.

The government is preparing direct and indirect incentives. “Certain tax benefits, direct incentive like cash. These are incentives as high as billions of crowns. On the other hand, the benefit of such a gigafactory is also in the order of billions of crowns a year, "calculates the Minister of Industry and Trade.

"I can't imagine that we wouldn't be there as an industrial and automotive power that turns the rudder today and goes after electromobility," says Havlíček.

You can't make batteries without lithium and that's why it helps
that EMH is the closest to their factory.

Hoping to get a little clarity on 2 points related to this stock:

    1) Are there any Canadians able to purchase this stock. For some reason I am not able to locate it in the US market.

    2) There are quite a number of tickers for this stock, which have drastically different trading activity, for example one is +4 in the green while the other is -3 in the red.

I was fairly optimistic about this stock, but I just read a German article which looked at the site plans of Tesla and it seems that they are only planning a battery assembly line thus far. So they are starting with import of ready to use cells from China. In the future they might start making the batteries themselves, but for me it's too early to be so optimistic..
