FCPT has been a wonderful stock for me. Investment book of business, best management you could ever hope for, and smooth steady growth. And I think their Olive Garden properties are worth far more than they are getting credit for. Jeesh, Olive Gardens are packed every night, and the population of Seniors, who love to eat there, will double over the next 12 years. :-)

$5.1 Million sale of one Olive Garden. Multiply this by the number of Darden properties FCPT owns, and I think you get about $35 per share. The market is underestimating the value of FCPT’s holdings. :-)
