AM Best Assigns Issue Credit Rating to Globe Life Inc.’s Senior Unsecured Notes
AM Best has assigned a Long-Term Issue Credit Rating of "bbb+" to the $350 million 2.15% senior unsecured notes due Aug. 15, 2030 that were recently issued by Globe Life Inc. (Globe) (headquartered in McKinney, TX) [NYSE: GL]. The outlook assigned to the Credit Rating (rating) is stable. The existing ratings of Globe Life remain unchanged.

AM Best Downgrades Credit Ratings of Globe Life Inc. and Its Subsidiaries
AM Best has downgraded the Financial Strength Rating (FSR) to A (Excellent) from A+ (Superior) and the Long-Term Issuer Credit Ratings (Long-Term ICR) to "a+" from "aa-" of the key life/health subsidiaries of Globe Life Inc. (formerly Torchmark Corporation) (Globe Life) (headquartered in McKinney, TX) [NYSE:GL]. Concurrently, AM Best has downgraded the Long-Term ICR to "bbb+" from "a-" of Globe Life.
