I opened a small position today. I have been building a cash cow with monthly divvy stocks and this one looks like a good fit. I set it on DRIP and will add as opportunities present themselves.

I don't see why anyone would take my advice or anyone else's on a chat board. However keep in mind that through thick and thin and worse economic times than these GOOD has NEVER missed a dividend. Management's recent announcement that they are still collecting very close to 100% of rents and even acquiring more properties should give reassurance to all longs.

I'm am getting an itchy trigger finger to buy another 1000 shares but having paid too much already so I will wait patiently. I think this might get below 18 if the market keeps tanking. None of this noise affects the dividend stream so the yield just keeps going higher and higher.

Earnings out and nothing very surprising or spectacular. Another solid quarter, 100% rent collection, more than enough cash to cover the dividend. Rock steady like a high yield bond.
I have no idea where the price goes from here but the dividend seems VERY secure and that is what most of us are here for.

Screaming buy at $19 and pennies. Closing in on an 8% YIELD.

Buying opportunity to the max. Paid a bit too much this AM because my order for 1000 at 20.,05 got filled before I could even log on but am delighted.

Nice to visit a board where people are not nasty to each other, maybe we need boards for shorts and one for longs, as I am a no one, something I would like to be adopted is, no shorting of a new symbol until it has been public for one year, giving them a chance to settle into a more stable price range, there are plenty of other stocks to short out there. Just trying to put this out there for thought.

I'm hoping the price drops further. I have a bid in for 1000 at $19.50 but if it just gets below $20 I'll probably grab it. Long term this is solid as a rock.

So I know the long term investors here we don't talk very often. And I know every time I say something here I'm not every investor. A few months back this thing took off above 26 and I still haven't figured out that movement. At that point I took some off the top and reinvested in OHI and I'm doing OK with that really confident in the move that I made. So when I look at this and I see the dividend payout and the reinvestment the drip and and then I see more purchases above that I'm not sure what to think. Is everyone adding to their position because they bought at the higher amount say 25 or so and they're trying to average down. My experience with dividend is the stock needs to remain around a base price or they cannot consistently pay the same dividend. Why would you purchase at this price if you know the stock is going to go back down before the next dividend. I did buy on the last drop. I do understand everyone needs to keep their average under control control and so does the company otherwise this does not work.

Good news/bad news. Good news is that shares are going higher and higher and the dividend is secure. Bad news is the yield is dropping and I cannot justify adding to my 6k shares. On balance not bad problems to have,

MCLEAN, VA / ACCESSWIRE / March 28, 2022 / Gladstone Commercial Corporation (Nasdaq:GOOD) ("Gladstone Commercial") announced today that it executed a 15-year lease with CVG Management Corp. ("CVG") for its office building located in New Albany, Ohio. The property is near Intel's 3,200 acre, $20+ billion chip manufacturing campus to be developed in New Albany. The lease extends CVG's occupancy of the entire 50,499 square foot office building through March 31, 2037.

Fifteen year lease that will probably never miss a single monthly or quarterly payment.
That is why GOOD is like a really high yield bond only better.

Well I clearly mad my move too soon but this is a helluva buying opportunity. Just about an 8% yield at current price.
