For the dutch people here, check out episode 67 of the podcast “jong beleggen” it contains an interview with CEO of just eat takeaway and has some really nice insights in the company.

Wouldn’t being kicked out of FTSE be a negative? Why stock popping today?

Sorry if it is a naive question, why GRUB price is US (~17.5) is very different than TKWY price in Europe (~75) if both are tracking the same company?

JET is an absolute bargain at this price. Will be a defensive Covid share for this winter

From +260m #$%$ AEBITDA in 2020 to -400m #$%$ AEBITDA in 2021. Thats why its down so much, its never good for a growth company to decrease margins.

Hard to predict wat tomorrow’s earnings call will do to do the stock. Any thoughts?

JET will buy Slovakain online food-delivery bussines today for 50 milion. Deal will be finished later this year. Bistro.sk is market leader in Slovakia and is already profitable.

Makes little sense why it dropped so much today. As the price drops there is a higher chance other company buys it.

What is the prospect for this share in the next 6 months?

Grubs order growth slowed from 11% to 7% yoy, not a good sign, especially as rev/order is under pressure too. Q3 numbers are likely to be worse as deliveries during the summer , especially after covid when people are out in mass, will most certainly slow down. I think all these models will come under significant pressure over the coming months.

Truly a buy the dip moment in my eyes. Market is very harsh in its reaction. Yes, GRUB didn't do well, but did anyone expect otherwise? Numbers where JET has been active for a longer period were good en showed growth. I think it's very smart to focus on the areas where Grub has a stong presence for now to get a foothold in the States while focussing on maintaining their dominance in Europe.

Why Grub slow, steady decline for weeks and Dash has been going other direction?
