Bottoming today? Trading at less than 1x revenue and unloading or spinning off Grubhub. Too cheap at these levels. Accumulating.
Held the lows. Close above $19 would be a great sign. Accumulating.
$16 million company ski trip!!! Prison should be the company’s next annual trip!
Sack the entire board I'm not even an investor but I'm looking to start a position they must sell GrubHub way over paid and they need to focus on turning a profit!
Hoping for an activist takeover from Activist investor Cat Rock Capital!
Bottom is set?
Targeting positive EBITDA this year, thats good news.
Covered short at $5.00, made enough and don't want to deal with delisting issues... This company will never make money - too many expenses while the service they provide is non-essential, has too much competition from stronger, bigger players and too many legal problems. Lousy management (both GRUB and JTKWY) doesn't help. "Positive EBITDA" is a managements' sales talk when company can't make actual profit.
An activist shareholder says investors should vote to fire the board. What are the opinions here? All I can see is so much fear which is making me greedy to buy more. New board and GrubHub sold would be a nice perspective for the bright future.
Good forecast looking at the results!
I’ve never seen worse destruction of shareholder value starting with buying GrubHub a US based company and delisting its stock six months later! I guess that’s not working out. What a waste of shareholder money 💰!
UBER can easily buy TKWY with own shares against 0,8x GTV (~EUR105/share) and become the global food delivery winner. Synergies are huge, this is a one time opportunity for UBER or Amazon. 1/3 of iFood is a nice bonus for an acquirer of TKWY.
However the stock fell far, imo it seems to bottom-out the last few weeks. Im stil convinced TKWY is a good bet for some serious provit in the next 1-3 years. Here in Holland everybody is very loyal to TKWY dispite new competitors like uber and deliveroo
They communicated along with their annual report that they would ‘delist’ their Nasdaq listing in order to cut costs and also because only limited share float (<10%) was trading on the Nasdaq. Majority is trading in London and Amsterdam. Hence, no issue.
So my shares have disappeared from my broker account. Have i now got shares in a company that I will probably not be able to sell any time soon? My own fault really. Been busy and not checked nothing for a long time.
I expect the CEO mister GREEN will finally quit his job at the upcoming board meeting, there will be allot of shareholders on the Annual General Meeting in may! I won't be surprised if there will be bus loads of people...The management has blown all of the money of the roof....other option they cancel the meeting!
Any nuew from this jump?
This stock will pop up tomorrow remember my words
