Nordstrom Inc. has made big moves in the first few weeks of 2017 that could shape the rest of the Seattle-based retailer's year. Coming off a year of layoffs and declining sales , Nordstrom (JWN) lost two executives but created a new leadership position with the hope of improving the performance of Nordstrom's full-line stores.
