PITTSBURGH & CHICAGO, September 23, 2021--The Kraft Heinz Company (Nasdaq: KHC) ("Kraft Heinz") today announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Companhia Hemmer Indústria e Comércio ("Hemmer"), a Brazilian company focused on condiments and sauces.
