I'm sorry but there are people, quite a lot of people here who should not be trading. You can't grasp clear concepts.
This Rights Issue is a dillution of shares to raise capital to pay off the German government backed loan.
If you do not take part in the RI or chose to sell your rights (which by the way you need to have informed your by last Friday AT THE LATEST, for them to action this Monday). If you have not done either of these, you will most likely lose money, and it could be quite a lot of money. So pat yourself on the back for being lazy and unknowledgeable.
I took full participation of the rights, I had 30k invested in LHA and I did another 10k to take full participation. I had little choice to really, unless I wanted to lose a lot of money. From what I have invested initially and my investment throught rights, as long as the share price is above 6.51 for MY specific example - I am good. But nevertheless, even if it isn't I have FULL confidence it will be shortly. If I was lazy and did nothing, my shares would be at 9.44. SO THAT IS THE DIFFERENCE ABOUT NOT DOING ANYTHING. Losing instantly about 30% if not more if you bought higher, FOREVER. I bought originally at 9.44 so that is my example. If you bought higher then 30% would be higher.
And for the person who asked what's the difference between LHA and DLAKY - one is clearly a dollar stock and one is a euro stock. So if you took full participation in the RI already - congratulation.

I just checked my broker account. I own LHA shares. Currently there is LHAR added in identic amount. This gives me right to buy shares at disconted price 3.58. On Monday is last chance to fulfill my broker deadline for subscrabing shares. LHAR closed on Friday at 2.42. You could buy it to obtain rights to subscribe for share. Than the share price would be: 2.42+3.58=6.00. I assume after an expiration day share price might rise above 6 EUR level to previuous 8-9 level.

Airports: Number of passengers doubled in the summer holiday of 2021
BERLIN (dpa-AFX) - In Germany, significantly more people traveled by plane on summer vacation this year than in 2020 - but the pre-crisis level is far from being reached. In the 12-week period of this year with delayed summer holidays in the federal states, 28.6 million travelers used a German airport as a starting or destination point for their holidays. The airport association ADV announced on Saturday.

The industry is still feeling the effects of the pandemic. The number of passengers and revenues are increasing, but the pre-crisis level is still well out of reach.
Despite rising passenger numbers, the economic situation at German airports remains tense. As before, around 15 percent of all jobs at the respective locations are at risk, around 10 percent have already been largely dismantled in a socially acceptable manner, said the airport association ADV (Association of German Commercial Airports). Unfortunately, the figures for 2021 showed "that we are still in dire economic straits," said ADV President Stefan Schulte after a meeting of the industry at the capital's airport BER. Accordingly, sales in the current year across all airports are only 50 percent of the pre-crisis level of 2019.
Once again, an operational loss of billions of EUR 1.5 billion is to be expected. That is significantly less than in 2020, when the industry still recorded a pre-tax loss of 2.1 billion euros due to the collapse in passenger numbers. In 2019, however, the locations still made an operating profit of 800 million euros. Nevertheless, there is a gradual recovery in passenger numbers, said Schulte. Business travel is also starting up again. "Not all business customers will come back," said Schulte. "But there is agreement that we will be 70 to 80 percent of the original business travel in the next two to three years."
