It had been breaking consumer law for months in not refunding them, consumer group Which? said.
The UK’s Competition and Markets Authority asked LoveHolidays to pay out over £18m ($24m) to customers whose holidays were cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic.
More than 9,000 customers whose holidays were cancelled by lastminute.com are currently awaiting refunds, the CMA said.
