(TSXV: LUM) (OTCQB: LMGDF) (the "Company" or "Lumina") announces that it has engaged Integral Wealth Securities Limited ("Integral") to provide services as a market maker in compliance with the policies and guidelines of the TSX Venture Exchange and other applicable legislation.
