MKM Partners We examined Securities and Exchange Commission filings from UK-based software company Micro Focus International in conjunction with their planned acquisition of the software assets of Hewlett Packard Enterprise and found a positive datapoint for ServiceNow and a neutral-to-negative datapoint for Red Hat. The filing includes a breakdown of HPE’s (HPE) Software business revenue that is more detailed than any we think has been disclosed before. The filing reflects total revenue of $3.17 billion in the 12 months through Oct. 31, 2016, and notes that 61% of these were from IT Operations Management (ITOM).
