M&G Issues Letter to Methanex Board of Directors
LONDON, October 04, 2021--M&G Investments, the owner of approximately 19.5% of the outstanding shares of Methanex Corporation (the "Company") (TSX:MX) (Nasdaq: MEOH) today issued the following letter sent to the Methanex Board of Directors (the "Board") on September 30, 2021. M&G has also converted from a 13-D to a 13-G filer with respect to the Company.
