I entered @12.85. Latest quarter destroyed estimated EPS. Analysts' ratings @1.7 between strong buy (1) and buy (2). Price target at 17.25. I think there is still a place to grow. What are your price targets pals?

I have owned this stock for many years now(I don't remember the year I purchased but it's my longest held stock). Most of those years I was upside down on it. I have used the XPA product and really don't understand why IBM never bought them. What an addition to its AS400 development tools it would be! And now with the matururing of the XPI product, Magic is an even more compelling buyout. But obviously this is not going to happen. I would have gotten out of this stock except you basically can't sell it. There is no volume. It got up to 6 figures a couple years ago but now has settled back into mid 5 figures on an average basis. The Dividends go to the Israeli govt(for the most part) so that is solely for the parent company benefit. I'm now up @ 25% but without an increase in volume I will never realize the gain unless I sell it 100 shares at a time. To say I'm frustrated with this stock is an understatement. Great product(for 30 years)! But has not panned out as an investment.

Very solid numbers here. Strong growth and fundamentals, clean balance sheet, good margins. I see nothing I dislike.

Seems to be like clockwork.. about 20% growth YOY every quarter an an acquisition every 2 quarters. Nice recipe to double your money every 4 years or so...

One more time:-
Shareholders are now so accustomed to being thrown under the bus, it's no longer newsworthy! I can't believe I missed it:-
"Or Yehuda, Israel, May 29, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Magic Software Enterprises Ltd. (NASDAQ and TASE: MGIC), announced today that its board of directors has approved a proposed private placement of 3,150,559 Ordinary Shares of the Company to several leading Israeli institutional investors and 1,117,734 Ordinary Shares of the Company to its principal shareholder, Formula Systems (1985) Ltd., under the same terms.
The Company’s gross proceeds from the offering are expected to be $35.0 million based on a price of $8.20 per share. The Company intends to use the net proceeds of the offering to support its continued organic growth momentum and funding of potential acquisitions."
I guess a double digit pps is never to be allowed. Getting close to $10 is just a signal to our BOD to throw shareholders under the bus one more time.

Don't quite understand the 50% cut in the div given the massive cash balance and cash-flow. Anyone have any ideas?

looks like an institution accumulated a significant number MGIC shares today. One block today was nearly 50,000 shares with a total volume today over 220,000 shares. 50,000 shares is a position costing over $450,000. Now that we are at 9.15/shr, up 55 cents today, we may finally see $10/shr broken soon.
