Morgan Stanley Inst Growth I (MSEQX)

I don’t think anyone actively manages this fund. I’ve lost 66% since I bought it. I can’t believe the fund managers haven’t been fired. Advisors from MS actually called me to make more suggestions. Why don’t they try to figure out how awfully they’ve managed this fund first.

Why isn't MSEGX updating after Mondays market?

A great example of "buy at the top and watch it fall"...the lone goose egg our financial advisor bought into last summer. Might as well hold onto it now...

Had a fabulous day on the market today and this one can't break even.Maybe one day it will come together.All we got is hope!

Went and bought more,in for ten year plus range.Stratigy has to come back around I hope.

If you still own this you might as well hold.

I am afraid to buy more but maybe we should? Would lower are average cost, that's for sure.This pulls down my portfolios gains almost everyday.

Dead money at best for years to come. More capitulation and apathy required for this collection of euphoria stocks to recover.

MS should be run out of town, very poor asset managers.

WTH? Down 8.89% today? There must be a sizable capital gain distribution! I am mew to this fund

After losing my backside, I sold 83K worth of this at $40.58 on 5/4/22...Look at the holdings....no strategy...I bought PRWAX, I've lost a little since, but nothing like this bloodbath.

Somethings fishy...top 10 (amzn,sq,uber,spot) goes up 1.5%...yet fund goes down 1.5%
and btw...this same message is being deleted multiple times

Can't figure out price action - I realize the Dist. but still showing a huge loss Am I missing something?

This is the best Mutual Fund out there! Amazing returns this year and historically.

It’s December. The month they usually pay out cap gains if they made a profit because: 1. It is the law 2. They give it to us because they don’t want to pay the tax on all of the gain! Have to do it before end of year. Losses they carry forward.

This fund is a collection of deplorables that won’t work for another few years, especially as rates gallop upward. Anyone who bought units over the past few years should acknowledge the error and move on.

Dropped 16%.
Hope that's just because of dividend pay?
