6 December 2022 ArcelorMittal today announces it has acquired Riwald Recycling (‘Riwald’), a state-of-the-art ferrous scrap metal recycling business based in the Netherlands. Transaction signing occurred yesterday with closing, which is subject to customary regulatory approvals, expected by the end of January 2023. Riwald Recycling was founded in 1989.
