The fund primarily invests in floating rate senior secured loans issued in U.S. Dollars, Sterling, and Euros by corporations, partnerships, and other business issuers. It seeks to invest in non-investment grade securities that are rated below the four highest categories by at least two independent credit rating agencies. The fund employs fundamental analysis with both bottom-up and top-down approaches, focusing on detailed security and industry analysis with a global economic outlook to create its portfolio.
