Netflix dominates at the Emmy Awards, more than doubling the wins of any other Studio. With 44 wins, including the two most coveted awards of the night:Best Drama and Best limited Series.

Powered by multiple wins for “The Crown” and “The Queen’s Gambit,” streaming giant Netflix reclaimed the top spot among all TV platforms on the 73rd Emmy Awards presented Sunday.

The Las Gatos-based company swamped the competition with a total of 44 trophies.

The wins pushed Netflix well ahead of second-place HBO, which finished with 19 trophies.

I don't own netflix, but this whole idea of "competition" is overblown. If you like watching a show that is exlusive to netflix, you will pay for it. If you like a show on Disney +, you will pay for both at the same time.

When Facebook was threatened by competition, FB did something smart: they outright bought them. It seems that NFLX is currently facing even bigger threats from competition. What makes things particularly difficult for NFLX is that its main suppliers are the ones turning into its competitors. NFLX should consider taking a similar approach as FB and start picking off some of that competition while NFLX’s valuation is still high.

Netflix is great, for a few years it was our top streaming service. During quarantine we watched it too much and it became a bit boring in one point. Now we watch here the latest Movies and Shows - https://lookmovie.io , the library is extensive and easy to search. Big advantage - they have tons of new movies and tv shows which are not available on other services.

breaking: Netflix reiterates Overweight and raises price target raised to $705 from $625 at J.P. Morgan
JPMorgan analyst Doug Anmuth raised the firm's price target on Netflix to $705 from $625 and reiterates an Overweight rating on the shares. The streaming service closed Tuesday up $16.18 to $606.71. The analyst continues to like Netflix shares toward year-end based on strength of its second half of the year content slate, "greater distance from pandemic pull-forward," and the "significant global secular streaming opportunity" with Netflix "only" 20%-25% penetrated. He believes the company's user trends continue to improve from Q2 levels.

The talent NFLX is using these days on original and exclusive content is incredibly impressive. Couple that with obtaining highly watched shows and you can easily see why they are the king of streaming. Their upcoming content looks amazing.

NFLX reiterated Overweight with $645 price target at KeyBanc
As Netflix's content slate kicks into gear, KeyBanc analyst Justin Patterson reminds investors that content resonates differently across regions. Shows like "Money Heist" resonate in select international markets, while "The Witcher" and "Stranger Things" have domestic and international audiences, Patterson adds. Given content timing, his view is international leads the net add recovery in Q3, followed by a broader recovery in Q4. The analyst maintains an Overweight rating and a price target of $645 on the shares.
