I bought 1400 @$14.65 on Tuesday using a GTC limit... I guess I could have gotten it cheaper... but the end result is +10% overnight....

The 11% yield on $14.65 was irresistible to me and I dont see metrics that warrant lower pricing than that...

I want to see the the proceeds from the ET terminal deal (SUN) go directly to debt...

I want to see every penny of profit going to debt....

I dont want any new growth CAPEX until leverage goes below 5xs (and thats a ways off even with the debt reduction... probably need a significant EBITDA increase for that)...

And I want the company sold to an MLP that is financially secure...

I would take .9 EPD for each NS... that secures the distribution @ $1.60... and pays about $20 in equity...

PS if some producer wants a new lateral they need to commit to pricing and volumes that pays it off within 3 years...

They really need to sell the company to a financially secure MLP...

Does anyone else believe Nustar is in trouble?

FINALLY CORRECTED THE EPS QUARTERLY CHART FOR THE 2ND QUARTER.

I will ask again.. Why is NS not properly represented for their 2nd quarter in the EPS CHART ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE PAGE. It is left blank with the misprint NOV..,

WHY IS YAHOO slow on stating the earnings dot graph on the left side of the page that shows it's EPS CHART FOR Q2 2021 INSTEAD OF A BLANK WITH THE DATE NOV. O3?

Why not try a new concept like pay yourselves less and put those savings and the 250 million to pay down more debt so that in the forseeable future you actually pay a premium to the shareholders a return to a better dividend.

I called NuStar relations today to inform them at on this site on the right side of the NuStar front page there is an error on the EPS Consnsous Dot chart or the most recent 2Q posting. On the chart it is incorrectly marked as Nov 2Q BLANK. it should show a positive green dot. ONLY RED DOTS show for the last 4 Quarters. The Woman who called me bcked inform me they been working with yahoo to correct the mistake.

If the dividend coverage exceeds 2 percent and no increase in dividend, I think there should be a lot of concern on the corporate governance of Nustar. They were quick to drop the dividend with less coverage, and with the coverage at the highest level since 2019, it begs the question as to why… any thoughts on this will be appreciated.

NuStar awarded top place for millennials to work for fifth time. And that begs the question; how many times has NS won top place for investors who own shares? I’m guessing 0? Maybe if we inundated the investors relations department/ board/ CEO with letters asking about how they plan on rewarding investors for continuing to support them while having our cash distribution reduced multiple times over the course of the past decade might be a start to get them off their entitled/ cushy compensation packages and actually do something to support the folks who actually own the company? NSH, doubt it will work as long as Greedy and Robber Baron are in charge.

Is the total face value of the preferred at NS $1.4 Billion?

Seems like we're getting smaller not bigger. Optics look like a garage sale. Certainly not much of an impact on the 3.4 billion of debt on the books.

Are they going to continue selling off the assets piece by piece or finally sell the whole thing in a strategic acquisition to a major player? Seems like the second option would bring a better price but maybe they figure the sum of the parts is worth more.

Well, if you wanna make 50 cents per share on the A shares, they gave you Tues and Wed to get in. Won't last forever, esp since its callable in Dec.

Looks like the effect of the pandemic is going to create a new trading range of share price about half of what the stock’s potential was prior to this calamity. Right now it may have been a relief that the distribution wasn’t cut more than a third, but if the share price stays in this new range, I fear it will give management and the board every excuse to reduce it further since the yield is so high compared to interest rates. I sure would like to see management reduce their compensation to show they are team players with the shareholders, but they are now firmly established at preserving their image as being worker/ employee friendly with not as much concern for shareholders. (One thing they could do would be to suspend all stock options granted to executives as bonus, but that would never happen out of fear of losing talent).

Notes offered is a refinancing of existing notes plus money for capital projects. NS has good cash flow and a solid business model. I've owned it for about a year and I buy more on any dips below $25.00. The dividend is nice and if you're looking for an MLP with growth potential NS is a good choice. If you're looking for a more established company try Plains All American PAA or Enterprise Transfer ET. I sold my BLP upon news of their buyout and invested all in NS.

Director D. Hill just bought 5,000 shares of NuStar on 9/28/2020. Maybe there's hope afterall.

Outstanding news on facilities coming on line. Expansion projects completed and more scheduled in the near-term. This should go to top line revenue and bottom line net this quarter. 4th quarter should have the full effect. This additional capacity is just the kind of progress we all have been waiting for with NS. Congrats.

I haven't followed NS all that long yet but mainly the energy sector. What is to keep NS from having a nice share price recovery once it has had a couple good quarters, post restructuring, and the earnings history returns back to positive territory ?
