Ha! Just buy more nvidia. "If these new AMD Big Navi leaks are true, the RTX 3080 will destroy it
AMD's new Big Navi specs teased, with the Navi 21-based card: 80 CUs, 2050-2200MHz GPU clock, 170W TDP and loses to RTX 3080." (tweaktown)

ill be extremely exciting to short this stock just before the quarter revenue! it will be asked to be beyond perfect with high revenue and expectations.
Oh boy, the stock will drop hard. the GPUs are 50%less than the previous generation.
AND they had to buy more luxurious coolings and other components of 100$~ just because they tried to get 25$ discount from TSMC which obviously failed. TSMC knew that Nvidia had to go to them for good performance so they wont.budge. now they are they stuck with Samsung 7nm node, which isnt even half as good as AMDs (thats why AMD will have a huge comeback)

    $AMD conversation
$NVDA experiencing crash issues .... I don't think it's just a driver issue. Of course there's the typical driver issues associated with a new GPU. BUTTT, this time there could be what we in the business call ... a Test Coverage issue made more severe by the large increase in transistor counts as well as poor defect densities at Samsung. When you have poor defect densities and very large transistor counts - test coverage become extremely important to ensure low number of faulty parts going out the door. The problem with these faults ... they tend to be fairly random such that it can't be fix with a driver update. The fix is in the test coverage during production - improving the test coverage is a very painful laborious - time consuming process. AMD/TSMC would be more forgiving due to the good defect densities.

Chip maker Nvidia (NVDA), a leader in artificial intelligence, also belongs to the Leaderboard. Nvidia in September agreed to buy Arm Holdings from Softbank for $40 billion.

In a report to clients, RBC Capital analyst Mitch Steves speculated that: "Nvidia will extend its architecture and offer artificial intelligence or 'acceleration in a box' for all ARM-based chips. He added: "Instead of looking at ARM as a potential CPU play alone, we think the bigger picture is that 22 billion-plus ARM chips can be accelerated with AI."

Jen smarter than Lisa...duh! "The Ampere launch earlier this week showed few weak points in Nvidia’s RTX 3080 — well, other than launch availability, which was here and gone in an instant. One major question has been how AMD’s RDNA2 will compete against these new GPUs. Rumors have suggested that the company might leverage higher RAM loadouts, with a 16GB RDNA2 GPU positioned near or directly against an equivalent 10GB RTX 3080.

A new leak suggests Nvidia has a plan for that eventuality: doubled-up VRAM on the RTX 3080 and RTX 3070. The leak, in this case, comes from a Gigabyte promotion where the company listed a number of unlaunched product SKUs, including chips in the RTX 3080, 3070, and 3060 families. While the 3090 GPUs still top out at 24GB, there are 20GB options for the RTX 3080 and 16GB options for the RTX 3070. The still-unannounced RTX 3060 would offer 8GB."

Even in the worst times, NVIDIA is able to keep the price range between 470-500.
Pity those who don't buy in this opportunity before NVIDIA takes off and never see 500 again.
