It offers a portfolio of product categories, including flavourings and seasonings under the Bisto, OXO, and Paxo brands; cooking sauces and accompaniments under the Sharwood’s, Loyd Grossman, and Homepride brands; quick meals and soups under the Batchelors and Smash brands; ambient desserts under the Ambrosia, Bird’s, Angel Delight, Mr Kipling, and Cadbury brands; and ambient cakes under the Mr Kipling, Cadbury, and Lyons brands. The company distributes its products primarily through supermarkets, discounters, convenience stores, wholesale and food service facilities, and shopping online. Premier Foods plc was incorporated in 2004 and is headquartered in St Albans, the United Kingdom.
