Description

Power Metal Resources plc, together with its subsidiaries, engages in the exploration and development of mineral properties in North America, Australia, and Africa. It primarily explores for cobalt, lithium, copper, nickel, gold, rare earth elements, and platinum group metals. The company holds 30% interest in the Silver Peak project located in British Columbia; owns an interest in the Tati and Molopo Farms Complex projects situated in Botswana; and owns an interest in the Haneti project located in Tanzania. It also holds 100% interests in the Wilan project comprising two exploration licences covering an area of approximately 1,994 square kilometers located in South Australia; the Authier North project that comprise 15 mineral claims covering an area of approximately 560 hectares situated in Quebec, Canada; the Garfield, Stonewall, and Pilot Mountain project located in Nevada; the Wallal project that covers an area of approximately 572 square kilometers; the Ripon Hills and Braeside West projects covering an area of approximately 300 square kilometers; and the Selta Project comprising three exploration licenses covering an area of approximately 1,600 square kilometers. The company was formerly known as African Battery Metals Plc and changed its name to Power Metal Resources plc in June 2019.
