Negative Equity Value here? For those trying to understand why this is trading the way it is, understand that this Company's balance sheet is much more important than its current income statement. Revenue here is irrelevant, the reason no analyst is following this Company anymore is found on the balance sheet. This is a distressed Company, and regular analysts do not follow distressed Companies because the equity is worthless in a restructuring waterfall, the common equity would get nothing. On Yahoo click "Statistics" and then scroll down to current ratio, it is .82 A Current ratio below 1 is significant! Check the explanation from investopedia below.

    https://www.investopedia.com/terms/c/currentratio.asp

"As a general rule, a current ratio below 1.00 could indicate that a company might struggle to meet its short-term obligations"

Next click balance sheet and scroll down to tangible book value. It is NEGATIVE.

"A negative tangible book value -- which means that its total worth is tied up in its brands, its goodwill, and its ability to generate cash, leaving nothing to borrow against"

    "https://www.fool.com/investing/value/2009/03/10/is-this-company-about-to-fail.aspx#:~:text=A%20negative%20tangible%20book%20value,leaving%20nothing%20to%20borrow%20against.

Google is your friend, if you have not tried it yet, give it a shot. Look into what liquidation value means, look into what common equity typically gets in these scenarios. This thing is way over valued currently.
The current ratio is a liquidity ratio that measures a company’s ability to cover its short-term obligations with its current assets.

I just checked RKLB... doing way better than this company. I guess it helps when your company has cash still.

Hey teddy, are you still invested in RDW? I haven't seen you post in quite a while. I'm still here and haven't sold. Just decided to ignore this for a while and let time pass. Hopefully we start getting some results in 2023.

The smartest thing anyone can do investment wise is inverse Bernardo. Had everyone sold RDW and bought RKLB when he was mouthing off on that forum, you could have recovered most your redwire loses.
