Description

Record Resources Inc. engages in the acquisition, exploration, and development of mineral resource properties in Canada. It has an option agreement to acquire 80% interests in the Grenfell gold property, including 38 mining cells and eight leased claims covering an area of approximately 6.7 square kilometers located towards the northwest of the Town of Kirkland Lake, Ontario; and entered into an agreement to acquire interest in the Kirkland properties comprising two mining concessions of gold and other precious metals claims located in the Kirkland Lake region of Ontario. The company was formerly known as Silk Road Energy Inc. and changed its name to Record Resources Inc. in April 2023. Record Resources Inc. was incorporated in 2010 and is headquartered in Calgary, Canada.
