RPAY looks like trash today - I bet it falls from here. Glad I am signed up to ( so that I can get stocks that actually move!

My math must be wrong, but it appears that the warrant price plus strike is less than the share price. My research shows $11.50 strike for full share.
  • s
Why aren’t the warrants moving up with the common shares?
  • m
VERY happy with my gains in RPAYW- but RPAY became toppy in valuation. Sold out here and moved my winnings into PAYS where mgmt is set to capitalize n the demise of WRCDF wirecard. Big future @ PAYS, folks.

Earnings very nice, lots of potential especially after integrating all acquisitions. Taking into account fully diluted shares fro 82M shares we have total market value around 2B and guidance for year revenue at 150M and gross profit around 110M . Seems good to me

another great thought to go with RPAYW is PAYS, too. I own both. PROF is fun, too. GLTA

Does anyone think earnings gonna be good?
  • R

I initiated a new position today at I too late? Thanks for any feedback re RPAY

    warrants at .21? Phew!
  • m
the "offering" did it------i really like this company, so now we will get an opportunity to ADD AT OUR LEISURE. As always the warrants are where the money opportunity really is. As soon as folks figure out this offering will end up being a positive, i will snap up what folks throw away. PPS target STILL for me in rpayw? 4.00+....and that will be a steal even there maybe. Remember, card companies like rpay and pays offer a safer bet than most----apolitical----a-covid frightening-------and stronger than most in uncertain economic times, too. GROWTH and STILL GROWING.---------------I believe RPAY will bounce back STRONG here soon at some point- erasing this dip----and leaving LONGS with a stronger company anyway.-------------Lower volume sell offs reveal weak hands exiting

well, unexpected this soon, but now rpay needn't worry about debt....after this is covered, rpay can now head to 25+ once more. STILL one very attractive stock to own in the portfolio going forward. I'm not selling mine. I can wait for the reversal. These card companies like rpay and pays are gold....
