RTX (NYSE: RTX) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a dividend of 63 cents per outstanding share of RTX common stock, which represents an increase of 6.8 percent over the prior quarter's dividend amount. The dividend will be payable on June 13, 2024 to shareowners of record at the close of business on May 17, 2024.
Pratt & Whitney Canada and TAAG Angola Airlines E.P., Angola's state-owned airline, have signed a six-year Fleet Management™ Program (FMP) agreement. The engine maintenance services cover the airline's PW150A engines which power their fleet of Dash 8-400 regional turboprops. The agreement allows Pratt & Whitney to tailor coverage to meet the airline's operating environment. Pratt & Whitney is an RTX business.
Raytheon, an RTX business (NYSE: RTX), has awarded Spanish supplier, Sener, a contract to develop and produce the electro-mechanical control section of the Patriot® GEM-T missile. Sener will directly contribute to missile production in Europe in support of the recently awarded GEM-T contract by the NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA) for a quantity of up to 1,000 missiles for a coalition of nations, including Germany, the Netherlands, Romania and Spain.
