I told you sell some SLB and buy HP. I think both stocks are going to be much higher a year from now but HP has a dividend yield of 7%+ which has already been declared and provides support to the stock, whereas SLB has no dividend to speak of and therefore can drop a lot more. The energy market is crazy right now, just like March, except that the oil market and industry rebounded leaps and bounds since March.

Reiterating that the CEO bought $450k worth of stock last week at a price of $17.95. The director bought $292k worth of stock last month at a price of $19.46. There is something good brewing. Holding long.

Going to test the waters on this one for the first time. Will sell 5 puts at exercise price of $16.50 expiring 10/16 for total premium of about $400. If below $16.50 at expiration date, will have acquired the shares at $15.70. Any thoughts on Q3 earnings release due 10/16?

US, Canada and international rig count jumped again! That's very bullish and certainly doesn't justify this March selloff rerun that we're seeing. Fundamentals are vastly improved compared to March.

Volatility building for a positive swing when stimulus gets passed. Expect a big pop and price upgrades in the near future! Huge positive cashflow for SLB; no way this company is going under!!!!! Don't be afraid, as Wall Street says.

I like SLB at these levels and I think we will see $40 again at the next cycle but I think we will see HP at $40 before that. So an idea for a trade would be to sell some SLB at current levels, buy HP for $2 less, keep the difference in cash and hold until the next boom cycle.

    21.15 was weekly high.
as long as we close above 20.5; we could see 25-27 with some luck.. IMO within few month or so.

Stock might be plunging to 12 area again in another death spiral. It’s pure guess! Stock shows very little relative strength. Earnings due out on October 16 might restore some confidence. Right now, stock’s price movement looks hopeless. Bear in mind, stock was 118 dollars a share 5 years ago. Very sad collapse in price since then.

I started following "lionstock-aletrs” (Gooogle it - off course without any space or dash in between the words) and their notifications are better than anyone else.

I heard about SLB the other day on http://stocktip.xyz. It’s looking like an interesting play.
