Who will be the buyer of SNAP. Who will SNAP UP SNAP. I am not sure but in addition to its own organic growth it is a solid acquisition candidate so that adds another reason to buy SNAP NOW. And...I did. Boolean

Wow -- a market cap of nearly $70B -- for a company that has never earned a profit, has nearly $8B in trailing losses, and sells shares that have no voting rights. We've seen this sort of thing before in 2000, but never with a $70B market cap, or with this great a history of losses. Amazon went for years without profits, but in a totally different business. Snap sells eyeballs, always at a loss. It adds features at a loss and has been adding lots of users at a loss, mostly in low-ARPU markets. That said, story stocks never trade on financials. Of course the market is in a huge bubble, but when will it end? Maybe Snap is the next FB, TWTR, Tiktok, etc all wrapped into one. Or maybe it's the next AOL, MySpace, hula hoop or Cabbage Patch doll. Time will tell. GLTA.

nap copying TikTok and Instagram and willing to spend 1 million per day for content just to keep up with its competitors. And that's not looked at as desperation, why again?!? I thought TikTok and Instagram wasn't a threat to Snap? I thought Snap was a "camera" company? I thought Snap had a lock on young users? Seems like a lot of double talk with Snap and analysts turning a blind eye to the obvious red flags. That SNAP bag is getting heavier and heavier by the day. Wonder who will be left holding it?

Walmart buys SNAP because of til tok bid failure? Need the younger eyeballs? Just a thought...

80b market cap for a company that has nothing other than eyeballs to sell and even there not much of a membership. This will tank in time, and average guy will take the hit. Smart money is out of this already..

I am telling you this...I am good at this...SNAP is building and will suddenly shoot higher...you can almost feel the energy building in SNAP and when it SNAP you want to be a shareholder of SNAP or you will SNAP at someone for not buying SNAP when I told you. Boolean

Not sure what’s sadder......that snap already has to blatantly copy other social media apps just to survive, or that some find snaps copying of other social media apps investable.
The former is sad for snap. The latter is sad for the snap long herd.

Hopefully we start to see the decoupling of good vaccine news and a deleterious impact on amzn stock. Both can and should be separate and positive tracks. Same for $snap and other tech leaders.

Looking forward to another smashing good Black Friday!

Can't really imagine snap taking the world by storm just yet. With a market cap of 67B compared to Bytedance's (Tiktok) 100B current private valuation, there is definitely a lot of room to grow for Snap. However, so far, spotlight has been extremely underwhelming. Why?

The way I see it is Tiktok's platform makes it easy to follow users that are trying to grow their following. you can easily follow people and their content, which remain forever. While snap's (although the selling point is the disappearing content) Spotlight feature has no way of allowing you to follow people you discover and enjoy. They pretty much just bombard you with things they think you may like, and that's pretty much it? you can like and share spotlight posts, but that's the extent of spotlight. A small streak of things that make you lose interest, and you're gone to look at some other app trying to capture your share of attention (Instagram, Fb, Tiktok etc.)

Snap still has a lot of room for improvement, but this wave is nice for a quick gain. The hype will probably drive this up even more, as all hype does, but in the long run, I don't see the potential yet. Looking forward to the upcoming changes though.

Snap's sequential revenue and user growth have been mediocre at best, but continues to be pumped as extraordinary. A true long must ask themselves, why is that? Could it be, as with GPRN, GPRO, DDD, FIT, TWTR and other over-hyped high flying stocks, that the hedge fund MM's are planning to bid this up and ride it down as they've done with those stocks mentioned?!? Don't take my word for it look it up. All the over-hyped stocks mentioned above have common traits. They all had no profits. They all were over-hyped. They all had a cult-like fanboy following and they all were narrative driven until their respective narrative(s) were no longer being bought and by retailers and pumped by the MM's. All also have corrected from their high(s). Again, don't take my word for it. Look at all their max charts.

Spoke to my daughter about SNAP today -- pre University - grade 12 (in Canada) - only way they communicate is via SNAP - not Whatsapp, FB etc. That also goes for my 15-year-old.
