Sunoco LP Announces Pricing of Private Offering of Senior Notes
Sunoco LP (NYSE: SUN) ("Sunoco") today announced that it has priced at 100% a private offering (the "offering") of 7.000% senior notes due 2029 in an aggregate principal amount of $750 million (the "2029 notes") and 7.250% senior notes due 2032 in an aggregate principal amount of $750 million (the "2032 notes," and collectively with the 2029 notes, the "notes"). The sale of the notes is expected to settle on April 30, 2024, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
