Refinance is booming with low interest rates. I work for a private mortgage company and we are 2.5x our monthly refinance record. When profit reports come in, it will rocket. Get in while you can.

This company is on the ball....making things happen and not waiting for a bail out. I think that is why we are moving AH.....a Month ago This bad boy was trading at $ 19.00 a share....it is under $4.00 as I speak....does anyone besides myself see that there is Far more upside potential than down?

Sale of CRE debt securities may mean a slight reduction in book value but it also means no more liabilities on that front. We can realistically see the $7 today.
