Have a look at ticker ILUS as well my fellow investors, they are rapidly expanding & uplisting in 2022. ILUS International is a rather new company, they have increased profits and revenue every quarter since inception.
ILUS Q1, 2022 revenue is up 482% over Q1, 2021. This does not even include the revenue from a couple of their most recent acquisitions.
ILUS just announced a 100-million dollar plus in revenue acquisition.
This news came out of Yahoo Finance on 5/25/2022.
In addition to this large acquisition, ILUS has just announced that they have acquired Wikisoft, ticker WSFT. WSFT is now a member of the ILUS family.
ILUS is in the process of becoming a conglomerate, with several different companies and divisions under the ILUS umbrella.
ILUS manufactures EV's, UAV's, and Drones to name a few of their many business endeavors. They are an M & A company and growing fast.
ILUS is about to begin manufacturing the E-Raptor, the worlds first and only six-wheel all electric utility vehicle. This will take place at the new 600,000 plus square foot facility in Serbia. It is a part of the significant deal that ILUS has recently signed with the European Union. ILUS will incorporate in the manufacturing process urban mining / battery recycling.
(Please see the ILUS / E-Raptor website to view the E-Raptor)
ILUS holds patented firefighting / safety technology as well. They are trying to assist with the containment of both EV battery, and wildfires. The wildfires out west are a major concern and solutions are being developed.
ILUS holds patented technology that can contain EV battery fires significantly faster than current traditional methods. (Water mist nozzle)
ILUS has completed "8" acquisitions in the last 16 months. Vira Drones is one of the more significant. The estimated valuation is over 1- billion dollars.
ILUS is also reducing their number of outstanding shares by 180 million shares, in addition to all the other excellent news they have recently released. Please see OTC Markets for their most recent share reduction that has been posted. They always do what they say they will do, always.
ILUS International is in a very substantial, long-term agreement with the European Union, and will begin manufacturing a variety of vehicles including those used by the military and defense sectors in Europe, as well as the private sector. ILUS is at least worth a look, certainly undervalued.
(Please see Yahoo Finance for recent news & updates)

I think TTE is a relatively undiscovered gem in the energy space. I love they are using the enormous profits of the current environment to continue to fund renewables to secure future growth while buying back shares and funding a hefty dividend. GLTA.

After a series of analyst downgrades due to Russian invasion of Ukraine, TTE rec'd an upgrade to BUY by Berenberg (founded in 1590 and the world's oldest investment bank) on May 13. I think the tide has finally turned. TTE is likely the most undervalued company in the world market.

The reason Total is not rising while earning billions of profit is because Ray Dalio - Bridgewater Associates is shorting it plus other european companies betting europe will fare the worst in the crisis. I believe so too

TTE announced a 5% dividend increase (to EU 0.69/qtr) and a $3 BILLION share buyback "in the first half of 2022". Since there are only two months left in first half of year, that's a lot of stock purchases in May & June.

TotalEnergies had a spectacular qtr. Q1 revenue was $68.6 billion vs. est. of $57.8 billion. Astounding. Earnings were $3.40/sh which is more than 20% -- $0.60 -- ahead of est. $2.80. It's even more impressive because the est. had been revised upward three times recently. TTE generated a massive amount of cash flow and has unexpectedly announced a 5% increase in the qtrly dividend -- 6.6% yield -- and a $3 BILLION share buyback program "in the first half of 2022". TTE generated $12 BILLION in operating cash flow in Q1.

What is utterly insane with this price action - especially the ADRs - are:

    1. Oil prices have reset higher and likely to remain so or the foreseeable future, so the weakness in stock prices for the oil patch makes no sense, even with the concerns about demand out of China (it's certainly not falling off a cliff)
    2. Oil is denominated in $, so Euro based earning are going to look even better for ADRs
    3. The ADRs are generally high dividend payers + nearly all have announced buybacks - what's negative about that

ZACKS -a great service just recommended this low P/E & high dividend yield stock! Tell me a better stock in this bear market. Plus they are going to recycle plastics in TX-less guilt for oil haters.

I'm mostly in BP, which hasn't done great, but TTE seems to be the worst performing oil company. BP's issue is they are trying to appease Britian and EU too much, and Looney seems to want to run for political office instead of rewarding shareholders. Any insight on why TTE seems to be such a laggard?

Reading recent comments; investors who own the stock in $ are having their dividends smothered because of the falling EURO and destined to fall more. For US investors BP and Shel present similar problems of currency translation-so we do get get the dividend that European holders do...ADR'S are very much aligned to swings in currency.

Certainly forming a base ... that's the only good thing aside from its low PE and generous dividend.
I've been fortunate to have the bulk of my energy in DVN, OXY, XOM, and CVX. At least I have some price appreciation there.
