Vale Base Metals ("VBM") informs that Vale Canada Limited ("VCL") signed a Definitive Agreement ("Agreement") with PT Mineral Industri Indonesia ("MIND ID") and Sumitomo Metal Mining Co., Ltd. ("SMM") regarding the divestment obligation of PT Vale Indonesia Tbk ("PT Vale").
