Even with weak pound I still don’t understand how this ETF has weathered the storm so much better than VOO this year? Only down 6%.

I am buying a lot of these lately due to the "discount". it is safer than individual shares at the moment in my opinion

I had been targeting to purchase some more of this at the levels s&p 500 is in currently but due to the currency fluctuations this is >10% expensive now...been looking at alternatuve options and seems igus is hedged....anyone has used it or any view with the current currency situation?

This should track the S&P500 on a regular basis but I have found that on a day to day basis there are divergences e.g. on Friday s&p500 fell and was rangebound during the day while this rose...any idea why?

19 months and this hasn’t gone anywhere…. This is dead money. And it looks like it’s starting it’s downtrend again.

What a disaster this etf is…. Pound goes up, ETF goes down…. It’’s a total joke

For all the long term Eurpean investors, this is you go for. Imo, at least 60% of your portfolio should be this etf.

Just put a large sum of my savings in this, leave for the next 5-10 years to buy a house. Hope i don’t get bent over. Think we could see some nice growth this year

If we add huge sum of our saving into VUSA and wait for may be 10 - 15 years it will yield a good returns. Does anyone know about the tax implications in Europe (Netherlands) when we sell the ETFS with huge gains? what's the percentage tax on the profits made over years ?

Could anyone tell me why does this move differently than spy or voo? This is down 0,33 % while spy and voo both over 2% today? What's the difference?

Does anyone worry about the trading volumes of these UCITS etfs? I'm all for index fund investing and used to invest in the US Vanguard etfs like VOO, but somehow a daily volume < 100k of these UCITS versions worries me. Anyone have experience with these?

This holds stronger and better than both VOO and SPY and it’s one of the very few things still positive on 52 weeks basis

Which one would be better to invest in for long term, vusa or vuag?
