If we add huge sum of our saving into VUSA and wait for may be 10 - 15 years it will yield a good returns. Does anyone know about the tax implications in Europe (Netherlands) when we sell the ETFS with huge gains? what's the percentage tax on the profits made over years ?

Does anyone worry about the trading volumes of these UCITS etfs? I'm all for index fund investing and used to invest in the US Vanguard etfs like VOO, but somehow a daily volume < 100k of these UCITS versions worries me. Anyone have experience with these?
