Ancient bronze bells, Han dynasty frog among 14 cultural relics returned to China
Argentina has returned 14 cultural relics to China as part of joint efforts to fight the illegal trafficking of cultural heritage. The artefacts, dating from between 770BC and AD589, were handed over to Chinese ambassador Wang Wei in a formal ceremony at the embassy in Buenos Aires on Thursday. Huawei Technologies founder and chief executive Ren Zhengfei has whipped up a storm on Chinese social media after he was seen with disgraced Chinese classical pianist Li Yundi, when they visited the telecommunications equipment giant's Songshan Lake campus in Dongguan over the weekend. Beijing urged Washington to refrain from interfering in China's maritime disputes with its neighbours in their latest talks that were made public on Tuesday.
