WORK closing the gap to closing valuation.

At $236, WORK shares would get 26.79+.0776*236, or equivalent of $45.10. Shares are $43.85, which is $1.25 below, a 3% gap. Has gone from 6% gap a couple months back to 3% gap now. We may be as little as 1-2 months away. If the share price of CRM stays flat, 3% is good value for 60 days. If CRM goes back to $220 for the closing price, WORK is breakeven from here. Not huge upside, but the downside risk is minimal and so the risk-reward is still pretty good.

Coming off a huge win on my SPLK Pure Earnings Short Sell, I threw all my hard cash into a brand new PESS of WORK, a few hours ago. Short a ton of shares at an average price of $43.55 and looking forward to a big sell-off in direct response to the WORK quarterly earnings report which is coming out in just a few MINUTES. Will it be another huge win for Shorty?? We shall see very soon!

    Good Luck Folks.

As long as CRM is above $235, will receive $45+ in a combination of stock and cash

Slack needs to fix their account management system, which is backwards. You should log in once and see all of your feeds and not have to log in separately for each feed (and by stating which feed it is).

    Not user friendly at all!

Based on current CRM - valuation is 44.70. Not much of any premium - street hates this deal and killing both stocks.

Looking for WORK to sell off tomorrow as traders and investors look forward to the future and realize that their business is certain to slow down in coming months as the pandemic fades into the history books...

When will this merger take place?

Earnings report looks decent at first glance, BUT...WORK is way over-valued and even if they beat consensus estimates a sell-off tomorrow is very likely. I am happy to be Short and staying Short with all my shares at least into tomorrow afternoon.

My next Pure Earnings Short Sell play, after I Cover my very good-looking current SPLK Short later on today, is going to be WORK. Why is WORK my hand/mind-selected stock being most likely to fall down and collapse tomorrow in direct response to her quarterly earnings release after market close today?? Here are just a few reasons:

1: WORK is extremely over-valued at this time.
    2: Company is not profitable.
3: Analysts see almost no upside potential from current prices, even looking out 12 months ahead.
4: WORK faces lots of competition in a very crowded sector.
5: Overall company financials are average, nothing stands out to justify current valuation.
6: Plenty of Insider Selling in recent months.
7: Stock is extremely close to her 52 week high.
8: Even though WORK has quite a good history of beating consensus estimates for both EPS and Revenue, AND Guiding higher in recent quarterly ER's, the stock has a TERRIBLE history in terms of trader/investor RESPONSE to these ER's. It sells off most of the time.
9: Some of the recent upside movement can be attributed to a Merger that WORK is apparently likely to engage in a few months from now. But the actual merger facts are extremely murky and impossible to concretely pin down in advance. This leaves WORK even MORE vulnerable to a sell-off tomorrow in direct response to her earnings release, because traders will NOT give this Bloated Baby any SLACK (pun intended) based upon this potential Merger.

I see a 75-80% likelihood of a significant sell-off on Friday, in direct response to this earnings release.

    Good Luck Folks! :-)
