Yelp (YELP) and Yext (YEXT) have expanded their relationship to give businesses more control over their digital knowledge online. Yelp’s website is one of the first places consumers turn to when looking for information about a local business. The expanded partnership makes Yext an official Yelp Knowledge Partner.

NEW YORK (AP) _ Yext Inc. (YEXT) on Thursday reported a loss of $18.1 million in its fiscal first quarter. The average estimate of four analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for a loss of 12 cents per share. For the current quarter ending in August, Yext expects its results to range from a loss of 13 cents per share to a loss of 11 cents per share.
