Airbus Chief Pledges to Stay in U.K. If Boris Johnson Brexit Deal Goes Ahead

Nov.15 -- Airbus SE Chief Executive Officer Guillaume Faury said the latest Brexit agreement between Britain and the European Union should pave the way for the aerospace giant to carry on making plane wings in the U.K. if Prime Minister Boris Johnson's deal goes through. "We have a very strong industrial and technical base in the U.K.," the CEO, who took over in April, told Bloomberg Television on Friday. "We are very happy with what we have. There is no reason to move production out of the U.K."
